La calidez de los anfitriones. Destacó la cómoda cocina para poder preparar alimentos. Es muy fácil de acceder, existe un buen servicio de Buses para ir al centro de la ciudad.

La ubicación
Todo tenia un dejo de abandono, los sillones de living parecian sucios, la bacha del baño estaba manchada con hongos y el agua no desagotaba, las sábanas eran incómodas.
