- Officina del Sole is a wine resort located in Montegiorgio, in the heart of the Fermo lands. The result of the restoration of an old abandoned farm, the estate covers 50 hectares and has 24 charming rooms complete with every comfort with a panorama between the hills of the Marche, the Sibillini Mountains and the Adriatic Sea that reconciles man with the nature that surrounds him. The estate is divided into three accommodations: Casa Padronale, Borghetto and a spa of more than 1,000 mt, the construction of which will be completed in the coming months and will include a wellness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pool and a padel court complex for all enthusiasts.
