Overall the place looked like it lacks maintenance and everything was so old, Oceana was one of my favorite places to st
The view was the best thing there
- The pool was green/modly and dirty even after saying that they cleaned it
- there was cat poop everywhere around the common area / pool

A good clean of the whole building would help a lot
The views and the whole property have soo much potential. A bit of paint and new furniture by the pool would be a huge improvement..
