Difficult check in, no coffee service. Window AC unit was about to fall out of window. Uncomfortable beds. Someone tried to use Scotch tape to hold in place! Outrageous rate, price gouging due to bike week.

I loved the beds and how everything was set up and how simple and easy check in was
The only think I didn’t like was the blankets I had to double up on blankets bc they were kinda thin but I have nothing else to complain…
