Not well kept, room carpet was extremely dirty and had huge stains

The room I occupied had been redecorated since my last visit and it’s now looking really fresh and modern with I think a new carpet and new items of furniture. The en suite had been renovated too. The kitchen is lovely…

The property wasn’t the same as on picture..also bed springs gone and no wardrobe as in picture also different decor in bathroom…the paint untidy .
