Everything shown in the pictures was there just a little worn. Could use new door knobs.

Location was great for MCRD graduation activities. Beds were VERY comfortable. Box fans in twin room were nice and helped to mask any street noise.
Hall bathroom was a bit tight, not enough place to hang towels, shower…
