Disappointing Service
The room was great but it was the service at the restaurant that was rather very disappointing. I mean, the staff sure struggle to understand instructions for the food that is being prepared.

Hotel Oaks experience.
Hotel is good but the surroundings are not impressive at all. The house keeping service is pretty normal and you have to be little careful about laundry service and especially the billing for it. In house wifi is having…

Cheating on bills
The hotel is cheating in final bills as they are charging service tax and then GST , which is illegal. After i argued and threatened that i will complain they have deducted service tax.
