We've stayed many times at the Oaks. Remarkable privacy and quiet in the middle of town, very clean, well furnished rooms, and unbeatable pricing. Shaded parking, close to the harbor.

No drawers for clothes, water pressure in sink low, no table to eat on. Texts from management too frequent.
