All furniture was in a poor state of repair. No functioning WiFi. Blinds (No curtains) let in all the light in the morning. Shower leaked through the ceiling into the hallway and dripped through a fire alarm..

Value for money, quiet location, close to city centre, good size. Owner very easy to get hold of, and very helpful.

The bathroom and bedrooms were ok.
It was damp and very musty downstairs which made it unbearable to sit in the living room. The sofa had peeling surface. The kitchen was in poor condition and the oven was filthy.
