Грязно. Пахнет плохо. Мебель вся старая. Постельное бельевая старое и не понятно стирали ли его. Чайника нет. В сковородках масло и остатки продуктов от прошлых жильцов.

Ao tem ventilação, muito quente , não tem ar condicionado, nem ventilador , o dono nem siquer providenciou algo , se fez de louco, marquei chek in as 14 , só foi liberar o apartamento às 17

It’s a scam do not book, they cancelled at last minute and still took payment, told to get money back from booking.com and then booking.com state have to deal with them, an absolute joke. No reply from Novara. Dreadful…
