Escadas de difícil mobilidade. Janela do quarto de casal continua a varanda do vizinho, sem privacidade.

Localização otima! Em frente onde acontece a noite em Paraty (Praia do Pontal). Cozinha bem equipada, tem rede na sala, ar condicionado, vetilador.
