В цілому варіант хороший але є моменти.
Новий ремонт, чисто, швидке поселення/виселення. Гарний балкончик, де можна посидіти.
Кондиціонер не працює з 20:00 до 08:00, про це необхідно попереджати. Поняття «не жарко вночі» для всіх різне, з відкритим вікном…
