The price value equation is very low
Very old, no maintenance, it’s a basement flat with no good sun access
Some time no cold water in the bathroom .. only very hot water
There no way to contact the owner but…

Good location - easy access to tube/buses.
Could not check in - Was a Friday night and no access - Long struggle on phone to sort out after a long days travel.
Bathroom sink plug did not open - had to scoop water out…
