This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of THB 5000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. A surcharge of THB 500 applies for arrivals (check-in) and departures (check-out) between 17:00 and 09:00 hours. All requests for late arrival or early departure are subject to confirmation by the property. - Please make sure all electrical appliances in the entire house are turned off before leaving. For non-compliance with fire safety rules - a fine of THB 2,000 - Additional set of bedding (blanket + sheet + bedspread + pillow + pillowcase) - 1000 THB A deposit may be required at the property.
