Big condo, clean, buatiful look, all stuff for living it had. Owner responsive.
In 1 room always had bad smell of drainage. And didn’t like the rule of check-in or check-out, had to pay in general 1000bath for that,…

A surcharge of THB 500 applies for arrivals (check-in) and departures (check-out) between 17:00 and 09:00 hours. All requests for late arrival or early departure are subject to confirmation by the property. - Please make sure all electrical appliances in the entire house are turned off before leaving. For non-compliance with fire safety rules - a fine of THB 2,000 - Additional set of bedding (blanket + sheet + bedspread + pillow + pillowcase) - 1000 THB A deposit may be required at the property.
