Great accommodation and staff
Staff were brilliant, I upgraded toa private room upon check-in and the cost was more than reasonable. Very close to the Big Buddha and lovely viewpoint restaurants and cafes. Private room was spacious and good value.

I had a really good stay! The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the facilities were always clean. Fresh towels
Everything was very very nice and clean. The staff is very warm and kind. The housekeeping was very good. The pool table and the swimming pool are really good and the bread and coffee for free is an extra!

Four years as a regular and I still book it without thinking about it. Rooms always clean, housekeeping every day. And the staff are kind.

Rooms were very spacious. We loved using the pool table and swimming pool.
It was quite far from kata, the location isn’t great.

在办理入住的时候就和台前人员说我多订了一晚，最后一晚不住，我问是不是要退了这个订单重新预定，他们说不用没有问题，但也并没有强调费用不退的重要问题，最后在退房时才表示不退费给我，我可以继续住，但本人已经改变了行程安排，最后我想让我朋友住我没有住的那一晚上，他们同样直接拒绝，我说可以发邮件给我确认，他们仍然不同意。非常不愉快的体验
