Apartman je novije gradnje, ali je već vreme da ponovno ulaganje u isti. Blizu je jezera.
Lokacija je odlićna, minut od centra. Prostran i dobar raspored. Usisano i obrisano.
Kauč je spreman za dubinsko verovatno već duže vreme, dekorativni jastuci su bili jako prljavi, kao da su gradjevinci tu danima…

Lokacija top . Jako blizu centra i relativno čisto.
Pretanki zidovi bukvalno nas je budio komšija kada pušta vodu u susjednom stanu. Nema rernu, nema zamrzivač.
