I did not stay at that date. Host would not give me a refund. So I said I’ll come then. She the tells me it’s not an available anymore. But refuse to give a refund.

I liked the privacy of having my own bathroom
The room, bathroom and pillows are old and not clean. Yes, you are only paying $50 a night, but it would be good to have clean and not warn out.
