Friendly staff, nice location
Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Nice location with a cinema and small dining court across the street. Spacious and clean room. Comfortable bed. Big and clean bathroom.

Very modern and clean facility, right in the center of Mandalay... the moat surrounding the royal palace began across the intersection... just a great place to be located to see all of Mandalay's offerings....

After having spent two days at a terrible hotel, it was a joy to book the New Wave Hotel! It is a brand new hotel in Mandalay. The staff welcomed us warmly and our few words of Burmese went a long way. The gracious lobby…
