No more than 6 people are allowed at the same time, including guests and visitors. A fee of $50 per additional guest per night will be added. 2. Leave used towels on the bathroom counter. Please remove all trash bags (kitchen/bathroom) and place them into the big trash bin located next to the apartment community gate for Waste Management pickup. 3. PETS: We accept pets for a weekly fee of $90. A deposit may be required at the property.
