YU ROUTW住宿地點離旭橋站很近，走到巴士總站大概10-15分鐘，對於使用大眾運輸工具的旅客來說是蠻方便的！
旅館地點周遭算安靜，不會有太多汽機車的聲音。
房間大小適合行李較少的旅客，衛浴也是比較窄一點，但整體衛生、乾淨程度算不錯！
飯店旁邊有便利超商，對於喜歡超商食物及商品的人很便利。
冰箱只有冷藏功能，對於有購買冰品的人要注意一下！飯店壁紙有咖啡噴灑的污漬及補丁，但不影響住宿狀態，冷氣調到一定溫度會有酸味出現，風口會直吹床會偏冷～

コンビニも近くに何軒があって 便利な場所でした。
洗面所がもう少し広ければ良いかなと思いました。ビジネスホテルとしては普通の作りだとおもいますが。
