Location, cleanliness, functionality.
Well, for Filipino standards this flat is one of the best I had, but for international standards it has a lot of improvement potential.

Good location. Host was friendly.
The space was smaller than expected, with few surfaces to put your stuff. Air conditioning is loud and difficult to sleep with. The bathroom is a wet style, with no separation from sink…
