It’s very quiet area and no loud sound.
Cracks on ceiling, the bed isn’t prepared before we came. We had to do it ourselves, in all of the hotels and rental studios they are usually have bedding prepared

Well equipped kitchen; spacious, light flat, safe locks
The decor & all of the facilities are outdated. Tiny radiator. Half of the electric outlets in the main living area were switched off at the mains.
