They didn’t provide us the room after travelling for 350 kms we were on road on day of holi
Poor communication between expedia and hotel management but we were the sufferes

Nice hotel, not very good value for money. Expected better and cleaner rooms. Food was good, service was even better.

Wonderful hotel and caring staff
We spent 6 days at Nature Heritage. We enjoyed 3 meals included in our hotel cost. Delicious food and caring staff. The staff did everything they could, under Manager Hari's wonderful attention, to make us content.…
