かなり良い立地。
近鉄奈良駅からかなり近い。
この辺りではかなり繁華街だと思うが、3Fであるため周囲を意識せず、ゆったりできる。和室洋室ともとても綺麗。みんなが集まるリビングダイニングのテーブルは大きな木から作られていて皆でぱら会食を行う際にもとても良いと感じる。
トイレもシャワー室も二つずつあり、男女で使用する場合の区分がしっかりできる。
とにかく全体としては広い。
