Huge positives: beautiful location, superb views, lovely house, very clean room in very good condition, excellent shower/en suite in very good condition, good breakfast. All deserving of a nine out of ten rating.

Avoid this place.
At GBP200 per night, this place should be avoided. Bed uncomfortable, location inconvenient but the main issue is the stupid rules they impose (not mentioned at the time the property was booked, I might add).…

Very comfortable room, good breakfast choice, magnificent location and views. Staff friendly and helpful. Location is just over a mile from Ambleside centre.

Lovely place
Been before, came back.. very nice rooms, with fresh cake provided
in your room each day. We were in the annex, which has it's own lounge - very nice.
