1.隔音很差，樓上的踏步聲二樓廳的到，樓梯的音量也很清楚
2.房間地板貼皮已剝落未處理，只用一塊毛巾蓋著
3.公用區域的冰箱有異味

田園風光，開車交通方便
距離羅東市區不算遠，前後都是田，景觀好，停車方便。
房間門口有飲水機，1樓有冰箱。
房間不算大，睡一家四人還要放行李，有點侷促感。
冷氣室外機聲音有點大，冷氣方向會直接吹到一床，應該是裝在陽台門這一側比較好。
