Once you reach Ladysmith, please call the lodge on 036 940 0085, so their driver can meet you at the Reserve car park. Please note guests traveling with children under the age of 5 are required to book a private vehicle at an additional cost.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. When booking half board, note that drinks are not included. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
