הדירה מאוד נקיה ויפה, המטבח נוח והמרחב בכללי מאוד נעים. המתחם מגודר וסגור מה שנותן תחושה בטוחה. יש בקומה למטה סלון ומטבח ושרותים ומקלחת ובקומה למעלה יש שני חדרים ובאמצע שרותים ומקלחת משותפים.
