Room ambience , size, cleanliness, friendly staff. Calm and silent place
Can be more professional. eg coffee powder, milk power were not available. Door towards the balcony couldn't be locked.

Fantastic space, nice balcony with woodland view. Staff very accommodating, tv with netflix capability! And a kettle and fridge in kitchen area.
It was a little way out of main town but easily accessible with auto…

The are 100% fake. Even my room got confirmed they dint provide my the room. And forcing me to cancel the again and again
