Вцілому не погано. В наявності посуд, холодильник, фен та засоби гігієни. Не вистачило мікрохвильової печі.
Зручне місце розташування, центральна вулиця міста Брашов
Занадто гучно, погана шумоізоляція. Вхідні двері в помешкання зі склом, на сходах світло та шумно. Важко відпочивати вночі.
