The best part was the location of property was at stone’s throw from the Messe Munich convention centre and road was safe to walk through even at late night

Close to Munchner Messe, Exhibition center. Shower was working and the water was warm.
Very very small, uncomfortable beds, worn out chairs. No AC. Way to expensive for given comfort.
