Die Lage war sehr gut.

Bis auf die Mängel war die Wohnung in Ordnung
Das Außenrolo im Wohnzimmer war defekt.
Gartenmöbel waren nicht schön. Könnten mal ersetzt werden.

Die Lage ist super, Kurpark um die Ecke und sehr nah zum Strand.
Sofa ist durchgesessen, Stühle und Tisch auf der Terrasse sehen unschön aus. Staub in den Ecken.

Die Lage ist 1a. Direkt hinterm Deich, 10 Minuten zu Fuß in den Ort, 15 Minuten zur Lagune
Etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
Tischbeine des Terassentisches total verrostet, kei Ceranfeld, Bad auch nicht hoch modern.

Die Schlüsselübergabe per Schlüsselsafe war sehr komfortabel! Besser als bei anderen Verwalter!
WLAN hat absolut nicht funktioniert und der Fehler konnte auch nicht behoben werden!
