The people in the unit above us were extremely noisy, all through the night, walking really loudly, flushing toilets and cooking really strong smelling food. Made sleep difficult.

The property was freezing cold on arrival as there were no heaters on. The heaters provided did not adequately heat the rooms and we spent the first night sleeping on the lounge to try to keep warm. Also…
