The bath tub was obviously not clean.
Generally, the room was not cleaned before us!
Also, far from Gatineau.
The hygiene was as low as possible.

Personne à l’accueil à mon arrivée. Attente de plusieurs minutes malgré l’utilisation de la petite clochette.
Au départ, chicane verbale avec cris entre personne à l’accueil et autre employée.
