屋内配有电子火炉，使用非常方便。
住处离公交站非常近，出行也很方便。
离圣尼古拉斯观景台仅仅7分钟路程，如果你想欣赏阿尔罕布拉宫的远景将非常方便。
因为季节原因，3月初的屋内还是有些冷的。
可能因为住房结构的特殊原因，屋内没有空调，只有除湿机，而火炉只能照顾到客厅的部分，无法照顾到卧室。
但是可以想象夏天这里将会…
