O mojej rezervácii na recepcii hotela Mona Lisa nemali správne informácie (meno, dátum), v kúpeľni nesvietili dve svetlá, raňajky neboli kontinentálne, ale obidva dni stále rovnaké jedlo - nedopečené palacinky
