This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of AUD 500 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. This is not a serviced apartment. No linen provided. Guest must bring sheets, Pillow slips, Bath towels, Bath mats, and Tea towels, Hire linen available on request. Guest have to bring their own grocery items, Cleaning products and personal items. We have a supermarket in Hawks Nest and Coles in Tea Gardens if you do not wish to travel with these items. A deposit may be required at the property.
