Please inform Modern in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. A surcharge of EUR 20 applies for arrivals from 20:00 until 22:00. From 22:00 until 00:00, late check-in costs EUR 40. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Please note that for reservations of over 8 nights , a surcharge of 55 Euro is applicable on top of the Cleaning fee already in place. Payment is required in cash on arrival or alternatively via link on line.
