YOICHI部屋があまり綺麗ではなかった。冷蔵庫が壊れていて使えなかった。唯一良かったのはＴＶ画面が大きくて視聴可能チャンネルが多かったこと。でもコスパとしては6,000円も払ったが、高いと感じた。3,000～4,000円くらいの価値だった。
