Lokalita je super, výborná dostupnost MHD, kousek od centra - ideální asi pro kohokoliv. Byť je zvenčí dům nepříliš udržovaný. interiér je dobře a kvalitně vybaven.

Dobra lokalizacja, blisko sklep i galeria handlowa. Spacerem można dojść do IQLandi i na rynek.
Stara kamienica bardzo zaniedbana, dziwni ludzie w okolicy.
