A lovely hotel in good location across from a large kund. Room is spacious & comfortable. Staff are professional & pleasant. Breakfast buffet is good. Room service also good.

No support from front desk. Requested for airport pickup which was duly acknowledged by the hotel, still no vehicle turned up and when asked about the goof up, the front desk had no answer.
