The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. PAYMENT POLICY: - Immediate Payment: All reservations require immediate payment at the time of booking. - Deposit: A 50% deposit is required for bookings made 31 days or more before the arrival date. - Full Payment: For bookings made 30 days or less before arrival, 100% payment is required at the time of booking. - Balance Payment: The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival. - Refundable Bond: An AU300 refundable bond is payable by credit card 30 days before arrival and is refunded 7 business days after departure. - Payment Method: All payments must be made by credit card via our payment gateway Stripe. - Transaction Fee: All payments are subject to a non-refundable 2.9% transaction fee. - Statement: Payments will appear as ACCOMMODATE BLUE MOUNT on your bank statement.
