Generally the room was clean. Bed was comfortable.
Did not use shower, old type and rusty along the edges. Outside walkway was weedy and the patio pads somewhat uneven. Tall weeds were wet during some heaving rains.

It's clean, easy, quiet. The kitchen has everything you need. It is near the Viva blue line to go to downtown. The host is friendly and asked me if everything was fine.
