Please note that a 2% transaction fee applies when paying with a credit card or a Visa or MasterCard debit card. There is no surcharge for payments made with EFTPOS or cash. A valid credit card must be presented upon arrival and must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation. An incidental bond may be required. For all pre-paid bookings, the credit card used to facilitate payment must also be presented on arrival. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
