There was an initial issue retrieving our booking which was done just 1 month previously, and the manager was not expecting us at all and had no rooms gor us, but he resolved this issue promptly, finding us suitable…

The internet did not work AT ALL, construction all around so it was noisy and the young man at the reception was rude and unprofessional.
