We arrived to an empty house. We phoned the hosts and left a message twice. We also sent an email. We waited for fory five minutes but received nothing back and had to make other arrangements.

Nobody at property when we arrived at 3pm. Property is for sales, looked abandoned, needs to be taken off booking.com requested a refund, no reply when phoned.
