Verified travelerまた使わせていただきたい旅館です
130年の歴史を感じる古い建物ですが、清掃が行き届いており快適です。温泉は小さめで厳選かけ流しでとても熱いですが水出し放題なので大丈夫でした。
食事はどれも美味、終始従業員さんとの会話が楽しくてよい時間を過ごせました。

夕朝食の料理はおいしく、食事中もいろいろと心配りとコミュニケーションを図ってもらいました。４月から料理長を務めていた方が総支配人になられるというお話も伺い、いろいろな夢を熱く語られていたことがとても印象的でした。

ホスピタリティあふれる対応で、快適に過ごさせていただきました。お風呂も朝食も、素晴らしかったです。築140年の建物はさすがに年季が入っていましたが、大切に、綺麗に使用されていました。

老舗旅館なので設備は少しずつ新しくしている様ですが、客室、お風呂等キレイにお掃除され清潔でした。山荘の方に宿泊したので階段が多かったです。が、坪庭や露天風呂が素敵で、源泉からの温泉水が豊富で蛇口のお湯も温泉なのには驚きました。また宿の方は明るく気さくで親切でとても気持ちよく過ごさせていただきました。
