オーナーは毎日連絡をくれて気遣ってくれ大変親切にしてくれる。この街の中心に路地裏にあってロケーションが良い。改装した直後なのか施設が快適である。洞窟内のような室内は涼しく過ごしやすい。
この施設の問題ではないが、中心部は車の進入が出来ないのでスーツケースのpを運び事に骨が折れる。
