Great location with very friendly staff. Rooms are basic but clean and very reasonably priced.
Great location - within minutes of the tram, buses and MTR - and in the heart of Kennedy Town.
We stayed for four nights and a linen refresh would have been nice in the middle of that time.

Great value, spacious for HK
Great value 2-bed suite. Stayed as family with 9 mth baby. Friends lent us a travel cot - hotel were helpful allowing them to set up for us before we arrived. Kettle, microwave and fridge in room.
