Great location but properyy rather tired - in need of a refresh
Great location, hard to beat.
Black mould in the shower, poor drainage. Breakfast not fresh food.

Perfect place to explore Montipulciano and had free parking too !!

Very clean. All booking instructions were easy to follow
The aircon in the room was very loud and kept us awake. Had to keep it on as the temperature was so high
